So, I haven’t been updating, but…
I am very, extremely close to getting my splits. It comes and goes, so I’ll wait until I get it every time to cross that.
I’ve read a lot of books:
The It Girl
Notorious
Gossip Girl: The Carlyles
Eggs
Nemu*Nemu
And this book about Cheerleading I can’t find at the moment.
That’s all I remember right now. I’m also working on three books at the same time right now, almost done with one…
I’ve read one non-fiction book, that cheerleading one I can’t remember the name of. I’m working on one right now, too.
I’ve bought one CD. I bought it from my drama teacher for the musical coming up, for $2, but I did buy it! It counts, doesn’t it?
I’ve started on my 1000 paper stars. I have…1, 2……40 right now. It’s a start!
As for the new restaurants, there’s the Pearl thing that’s like Yummy’s, Benihana, Young’s BBQ, this diner we went to before the beach one day, Ohana BBQ, Ninja Sushi, Jamba Juice (yeah, I’ve only been there once in my life!), and California Pizza Kitchen ASAP. There’s a lot more, I know, but that makes 10 after Yummy’s!
Singing in public is in progress. I auditioned for the school musical, Mamma Mia!. And I’m pretty confident I’ll get a part…
I guess that also means that the being in a play is also in progress….
For watching 50 movies, I’m counting movies I’ve seen in theaters. Me and my family went to see Twilight the day after it came out, then we saw Australia like the weekend after. They were both good. I think I liked Australia better, though, even though it lasted nearly 3 hours, it was amazing!
My parents found this huge Morning Glory shop, and took me and my sisters there after church one day. Right next to it was a Japenese DVD rental store, so we stopped by to see if they had any Sailor Moon DVDs. Sure enough, they did, so we borrowed two and watched all the episodes on both DVDs in Japenese with English subtitles. After that, we watched them all again in English. Believe it or not, the Japenese version is a WHOLE lot funnier. It was actually sort of upsetting, because the English version actually turned a boy into a girl, taking out the humor in one scene. Anyways, I’m not sure exactly how many episodes, that was, so I’ll have to ask my sisters and come back to that.
I did watch Gone With The Wind when I borrowed it from the library. It was absolutely amazing. We bought a DVD player for the hotel room just to watch it. It was a couple minutes from being 4 hours long. I’d consider that a classic, wouldn’t you?
I have definitely made over 10 friends now, with cheerleading, drama, and all my classes.
I was planning on sending Ashley her birthday stuff a week early, so it’d get to the mainland in time, but her birthday was yesterday and I still haven’t! So I’ve really got to get better with that.
That’s about it for now. I’m just going to update my list now…
